The Role
- This role is a critical operational position as you will be responsible for all supplier scheduling and materials management, customer demand and delivery performance and planning all work through the facility.
- You will be responsible for a team of Planners, Supervisors and Operatives.
- Cost reduction projects.
- Budgetary management.
- Parts and stock control.
- Developing site wide logistics strategy.
- Systems development and implementing new projects.
- Experienced Senior Logistics Management experience.
- High volume manufacturing background – ideally 1st tier automotive.
- Experience of managing and leading a large logistics team.
- Ideally you will have experience of SAP.
- Driven and passionate to achieve results and improvements.
