Job Specification:
The Role
- You will be working on a day shift basis but expected to cover shifts when required.
- Leading and developing Team Leaders and Operators to achieve all shift KPI’s.
- Monitor absence, sickness, holidays and overtime.
- Implement training programmes for the team.
- Lead site improvement projects.
- Recruitment of team members.
- Development of systems and procedures.
- You must have previously worked in a Print/Packaging manufacturing environment.
- Well developed management and leadership skills.
- Results orientated.
- Able to demonstrate a previous track record of implementing cost saving projects.
