The Role
- You will be fully responsible for all operations including: Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Logistics.
- Responsible for Operational results against budget.
- Delivery of QCDM objectives in line with plant and group goals.
- Developing and deploying lean and CI Projects to optimise plant effectiveness and efficiency.
- Achieve site cost saving targets.
- Development of the management team.
- NPI Projects.
- Previous Operational Management experience.
- High volume manufacturing experience.
- Previous successful track record of implementing cost saving projects.
- Passionate and driven to achieve results.
- Experience in implementing lean improvement techniques.
