Manufacturing:

The ability to understand a business is the most important aspect of temporary recruitment. Whether the temporary worker is expected to work on an assembly line or inspection, operate a fork lift truck, work in a warehouse, in a bar or restaurant or even collect refuse for local authorities, the individual candidate must meet the expectations of the client. It is essential that we establish exactly what a client requires and maintain a standard which will secure long term business.

We deliver temporary labour to the Manufacturing Sector:

The disciplines we cover are varied and include:

  • Pickers
  • Packers
  • Warehouse Staff
  • Production Operatives
  • Fork Lift Truck Drivers
  • Food Operatives
  • Production Line Workers
  • General Operatives
  • Grounds Maintenance
  • Machine Operators
  • Assembly Operatives

At the very start of the process, we will listen to what you want from our service. If we feel we can add something extra we will suggest it. You will get to know the Directors of our business, the Account Managers and the support staff. This is to enable our business to fully understand you whether you are a temporary worker or a client.

As a candidate, we will support you in your search for employment. We will interview you to ensure that we are matching you to your ideal job. We accrue holiday pay, we offer career guidance and we shall strive to place you in to long term or permanent employment.

How do we do it?

When we are not busy recruiting...

The Neonatal Service at the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle upon Tyne looks after newborn babies from all over the north of England. They look after about 600 newborn babies every year, and up to 30 can be with the Service at any one time. Tiny Lives and MTrec supports this work.
